The service streamlines data collection from invoices, tracks recycled content to reduce producer fees, and generates reports for environmental authorities and PROs. While Sustinu provides essential tools, users remain responsible for their own regulatory reporting.

2. User Accounts

• Registration: You must register for an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to represent your business to use this Service.

3. User-Generated Content

• Your Data: You retain full ownership of all the data you upload or create within the Service, including invoice files, extracted text, and material data (User Content).
